ABRI is soliciting nominations for the 2016 ABRI Best Paper Awards in the following categories:
- Best PhD Student Paper Award
- Best Paper Award
The Awards aim to recognize the outstanding work by our scientific staff, to acknowledge their contribution to science, business and society and to foster and encourage our excellent junior talent to become leading researchers in their field of expertise.
Both self-nominations and nominations of others are accepted for all awards.
The ABRI Best PhD Student Paper Award aims to recognize outstanding academic work of PhD students. Both published and papers currently in press that capture original work by a PhD student can be nominated for this award. The papers can be both conceptual and empirical. Only papers by current PhD students and recent graduates (less than year) are eligible for nomination.
The ABRI Best Paper Award aims to recognize outstanding academic work by promising Assistant and Associate Professors. Only papers published in leading business and management journals that capture original work by researchers associated with ABRI can be nominated for this award. The papers can be both conceptual and empirical. Only papers published within the last 12 months, and papers currently in press are eligible for nomination.
The Awards will be awarded during ABRI’s annual Town Hall meeting on November 22, 2016 (15:00 – 16:30).
Please submit your nominations to firstname.lastname@example.org before October 28, 2016. When nominating a paper for an Award, please clearly state your own name, the title of the paper and the name of the paper’s author(s) (yourself or someone else) and the award category.
