About the author
Brian M. Doornenbal (1987) has conducted his Ph.D. studies at the School of Business and Economics at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. Prior to his Ph.D. project, Brian obtained his Master of Science degree in Business Administration from RSM Erasmus University. His research interests include social hierarchies, teamwork, personality, machine learning, and leadership. Brian presented his work at several international conferences, including Academy of Management, EAWOP, and INGroup. His research has been published in The Leadership Quarterly.
