Dr. Tatiana Andreeva is an Associate Professor at the Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management Department, St. Petersburg University Graduate School of Management, Russia. Her research focus lays in the intersections of knowledge management, organizational behavior, change management and cross-cultural issues in management. Her current research endeavors aim to understand the factors that drive individual and group knowledge sharing and knowledge creation behaviors in different contexts, and what management practices may enhance these processes so that they contribute to organizational performance. Tatiana has authored and co-authored several academic articles, papers, and book chapters related to these issues. Prior to joining the academia, she worked in the management consulting in the area of strategy, organizational development and knowledge management.
