Toby Stuart is the Charles Edward Wilson Professor of Business Administration at Harvard Business School. Professor Stuart teaches MBA and executive education courses in the areas of corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions, technology strategy, and entrepreneurship. Dr. Stuart has served as a consultant and executive educator to many companies. He has examined organizational design and new venture formation in established firms; venture capital networks, and the role of networks in the creation of new firms.
